Job Title:  Import Export Assistant Manager - Professional III
Group: COMPANY Operation Group
Team:  Management
Location:  Bac Ninh office
Reports To:  Local Manager and Korean Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Response to managing and controlling all daily activities of COMPANY operation Group Department in handling COMPANY’s request.
- Controlling activities and Performance of all forwarders in terms of service quality. Ensuring to bring best service to COMPANY
- Assisting and Supporting Manager Board in solve all related customer’s requests.
- Managing all Internal and Local 3PLs performance as well as handling COMPANY’s shipment.
- Following factory Planning, 3PLs booking planning to control delivering status without fail.
- Build-up the relationship with the relative parties to facilitate
- Following daily jobs in handling COMPANY’s cargo (Such as: Overall Checking SOP, Checking space issue, Checking IRRE case and solve problem in needed)
- Responsible for daily, monthly, Quaternary, Yearly report of operation activities such as Volume report, Cost reports, daily working report, CD reports….
- Daily checking activities of staffs, such as checking their action when receiving Production Planning, 3PLs booking planning, SR combine request, CC request, receiving and sending B/L on Cello system
- Provide the effective recommendation to the manager to be more competitiveness with improved clearance processing and system
- Build up Staff R&R. Assigning Jobs of each staff and make sure staff follow without fail. 
- Training staffs and update Process of COMPANY operation Group when needing.
- Educate & train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively
- Ensure that staff performance is as good as standard employee of Corp. 
.• To be response to Set up, operate team and develop business plan to achieve the given team target

REQUIREMENTS:

(a)    EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
University/graduated in business/economics/finance/trade related fields

(b)    EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years experience in same or above position in Logistics Company.
(c)    SKILLS:

Good Training / Presentation Skills
Good Time Management Skill
Good Plan/ Organizational skills.
Good Problem Solving Skills
Good at Microsoft office
Advanced written and spoken communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
Ability to work under high pressure, can work overtime
Willing to travel
Good Teamwork
