This position will be responsible for Logistics Service Providers (LSP) management for international air freight and express, and back up for international sea freight and trucking in and out ASEAN area, wherever ASEAN legal entities or plants are the freight payers.

1. Solution Consultant and Business Analyst:

Core Responsibilities:
1. Solution Consultant and Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve the business processes
- Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users. Collaboratively consult them for the best automation solution for their needs
- Design, develop and implement automation solutions, including automated systems for use in diverse manufacturing and production environments
- Lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals
- Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation
- Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades
- Identify opportunities for automation within software processes
2. Automation Technical Lead:
- Architect and manage the full Solution Life Cycle
- Lead and oversee the Technical Team to:
- Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality
- Run tests for databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware and software
- Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service or business processes
- Install applications and databases relevant to automation
- Lead and manage Automation Projects/Program.

- Bachelor degree in Automation, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology.
- At least 7 year experience working on IT field, MNC/Global Company preferred
- At least 4 year experience in Automation (Must have: RPA, additional on SPA/CPA/MS Power Platform is a strong advantage)
- At least 3 year experience in IT Project Management, Program Management experience is a strong advantage
- At least 2 year experience in designing and implementing Software Architecture
- Experience with the Design and Implementation of Automated Systems, especially as related to Manufacturing is a big plus
- Basic knowledge in Cloud, IoT, I4.0 preferred
- Understanding of Robotics, AI, Data Analytics or Machine Learning is a big plus
