RESPONSIBILITY
Be responsible for Logistics project execution in Vietnam, including vessel unloading and port operation in Vietnam ports, inland transportation management, Tools return from the wind farms to the original countries, local import/export customs issue support, lifting instruction and so on. Daily report.
Investigate local transportation rules, permits, vehicles, labors, ports,…..
Support local suppliers’ validation and audit.
Road survey in Vietnam and support other countries’, providing survey report, road accommodation plan, bridge analysis report. Making transportation plan for the projects.
Work with Technology team to solve the technical problems of the road and bridges.
Project pre-sales for VN and other countries, working with sales and Procurement teams to achieve the target of the cost and the lead time.
Other jobs arranged by leaders.
REQUIREMENT
5-8 years of working experience, 3 years of logistics working experience, healthy, native Vietnamese, driver.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, engineering or related.
Fluent and comprehensive English.
Proficient in computer, Microsoft, Auto-CAD, Auto-TURN, other software.
Can work under high pressure, working hard, honest.
A quick learner of new knowledge, the high ability of communication.
Working experiences in maritime transportation, land transportation, port operation. Working experience in Tools management and planning is a plus.
With very clear working logical.
