​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare shipping documents to declare.

• Arrange delivery plan with communicating with distributors (After custom clearance ~ distributors’ warehouse)

• Sample arrangement & Inventory control

• Prepare and file documents such as Purchase orders & Sales orders.

• Check and confirm charges from forwarders.

• Prepare the shipping documents for sales team’s tender submission and delivery.

• Make logistics cost summary report.

• Provide transfer prices registered in SAP and freight cost to sales team when they request.

• Issue invoice based on actual delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate university, majored in economics

• Around 1-3 years of job experience in the Logistics job

• Be familiar with SAP software

• Communicable English

• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
