MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Office admin: stationeries, payment requests, courier, office purchasing, event organizing coordinating, logistic arrangement, marketing material coordinating etc.
Primarily support Account Managers to service a portfolio and Commercial Underwriting Manager (Commercial team) for new business processing under supervision.
Log applications, prepare binders, and process policies and endorsements and process technical data in system and monitor/chase as required
Screen renewal applications and send out renewal letters; input underwriting information in the system and prepare quotes for underwriter’s approval
Assist with new business development, marketing
Order and follow up on documents requests by commercial underwriter & credit analyst and handle endorsement requests and referrals for the underwriter
Follow up on any outstanding information needed to complete the underwriting file
Maintain and update electronic file in accordance with the company procedures.
Aging report
Prepare reports as requested
Daily task as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
College degree or above (in trade or finance is preferred).
Fluency in English and MS Excel - Ability to work with many different stakeholders internally and externally
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Very good detail-oriented and service oriented
Enjoy helping people (i.e. colleagues, partners, clients, etc.)
Ability to travel occasionally within Vietnam or overseas.
