*JOB OVERVIEW
As a Payroll Admin Coordinator, your main responsibility is to handle the administrative task and coordinate among team of payroll clients at the Convenience accounts team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Team Leader and team member.
*ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data and contract management
Manage and control master data for all payroll clients, daily update with consultant in charge
Coordinate with consultant to update client's staff profile in both hard and soft copies
Prepare contract, annex of contract, decision… for payroll's staff following to client's template
Filling and record all clients' report relating to payroll, PIT, labor, insurance and employment records
2. C&B support
Register tax code for new hire, follow up to get Tax code & update into master data
Register dependents for clients' staff, follow up results, update to master data and record supporting documents
Prepare monthly insurance report on time, take responsibility to all kind of compulsory insurance report and claim. Working closely with consultant to make sure these process and report smoothly submitted and approved
Support consultant to follow up private health insurance when necessary
Support consultant to prepare and submit labor report to relevant authorities
Work with relevant authorities to update process and submit reports on time (PIT, Insurance, labor…)
Manage the process of applying visa, work permit, temporary residence card and other admin support to expat of clients
3. Others
Coordinate with consultants and others to arrange client's activities when request, include annual health check, social activities…
Other admin task as assign by supervisor/ manager
*REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics
At least one year of professional experience in administration
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid on-site experience
Good experience in administration
Good understand of job arrangement
