a/ Account Management:
- Service part of the account, which may include internal clients and suppliers
- Ensure KPIs and make recommendations based on resourceful insights and lookout in market that deliver either competitive cost, quality, or timeliness benefit to the client.
- Liaise with client to obtain detailed brief, manage, and execute various sourcing requirements
- Coordinate sampling and tooling if required for new or complex premium/gift.
- Act as the point of contact to vendors / suppliers
- Develop supply chain profile for Premium/Gift category.
- Make cost analyses and Identify the most appropriate vendors for the job, based on a balance of competitiveness, quality, and service.
- Responsible for request for quotation (RFQ) documents and manage tender process in timely manner
- Assume full responsibility for processing all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparation
- Contribute to the development of leading sourcing and document management systems and processes.
- Develop credible and trust-based relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Rapidly elevate account issues to Account Manager & collaborate with other partners.
- Ensure that all client confidential information and intellectual property is used only for the purpose of delivering the services and not otherwise disclosed.
