​Core Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with the rest of the procurement team and Construction Stream Owners to learn the way and the company's Project PMO and Procurement models, Processes and Governance.

·       Working closely with both local and global external Design Company and Consultants to deliver project needs to support tender requirements.

·       Knowledge of construction management principles and working together with Project Management and Commercial team members to ensure project objectives are fulfilled.

·       Lead and/or work on ad-hoc projects in support of the Factory needs.

How this role helps us:

The role is a critical Procurement function to help support the Factory's new build covering both construction and in readiness to support business operational and contract-related requirements for maintenance, goods and Services.

As a key member of the IM&S Global Procurement team, the individual will need to be self-driven, is able to plan and organize work, promotes teamwork and can readily adapt to challenging situations.

A local individual who has overall very good knowledge of legislative laws and regulations in Vietnam and is able to negotiate and put contracts in place.

Requirements:

·       Min Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Management with preferable focus on Supply chain, Legal or Finance

·       Developing Procurement strategies and processes to establish and prioritize the objectives to be met by the project or sourcing event and the financial and physical program parameters.

·       Experience from working in international/multinational companies.

·       Experience in local construction approvals and regulations

·       Experience in legal and commercial aspects within a Procurement function

·       Experience with eSourcing platforms such as Coupa to manage sourcing events such as RFI, RFQ, RFP.

·       Supplier relationship management

·       Good communication skills and stakeholder management

·       Experience overall Procurement knowledge/expertise and sustainable procurement practices.

·       Result oriented and customer-focused

·       Strong collaboration and team working mindset

·       Mindset matching the company's values

·       Fluent in Vietnamese and English
