​*JOB OVERVIEW

As a Recruitment Team Leader, your main responsibility is to handle the sourcing, build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the Staffing & Outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.

You will work closely with Recruitment Manager, Operation Manager, Enterprise Accounts and team members.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Client related tasks:

  • Billing of mass recruitment service

  • Work with clients directly to ensure high service and conversion

Management/ Recruitment related task:

  • Manage recruiters to deliver mass projects, recruitment request of projects (excl. Intel and hierarchy positions)

  • Propose solutions to recruiters if needed to secure highest revenue

  • Keep track of recruiter performance

  • Ensure database across all projects

  • Bullhorn management

Offline sourcing related task:

  • Build up/ Manage Off-line channel including CTV, colleges, schools, universities, career fairs, POSM, email marketing, SMS, events for specific recruitment projects

  • Work with job posting or database supplier e.g. Careerbuilder, VL24h, etc

  • Recruitment Hub expansion

Expense management:

  • Keep track of payment

Responsible for all Branding campaign and manage online channel platform & tool to ensure performance of recruitment team

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • At least 02 years of experience in leading team.

  • Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
