a. Equipment Installation / Commissioning & Servicing functional role during the project life cycle for customers in Vietnam.
• Prior working experience in Industrial equipment domains is desired.
• Local language and culture strengths for operating in Vietnam is a must
b. Responsible for collaboration with project execution team, planning of local tasks with customer, and align the tools, materials and resources required for local tasks.
• Regional service role for similar multinational organization will be desirable
2. Reporting:
• This position reports to the Regional Head based in Vietnam, administratively
• The position cross reports to Field Services Head in India for Functional performance
3. Expected Qualifications & Experience:
• An engineering degree / diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
• Local language adequacy – either through local residence or education for more than 10 years, or through standardized language tests
• English language proficiency – formal English training, with acceptable written and spoken skills
• At least 5 years experience in working with manufacturing / industrial domains,
• At least 2 year experience in Field Services for Manufacturing Equipment
4. Salary Range:
• 300M VND / annum CTC +/- 10% based upon fit / present CTC
