Responsibilities:
·On site support & Tracking of order status from Order to Production to Shipment (Hanoi, Haiphong & Ho Chi Minh)
·Closely work between factories and HK Sourcing team for projects from product development,sample approval, testing, until shipments complete
·Source new products & new suppliers to fulfill internal customers’ requests
·Coordinate with other teams to ensure factories meet Company’s standard (compliance /testing / supply chain)
·Stocktaking in manufacturing company for Supply Chain during peak season
·Handling material commitment audit and finished good production audit on site at factory
·Tracking of supplier production status
·Responsible for data input
·Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
·Diploma or above in business administration or other relevant disciplines
·Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in sourcing / merchandising / supply chain
·Pro-active, self-initiated, flexible and good team player
·Good at written & spoken in English & Chinese
·Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Excel/ PowerPoint
·Good communication and negotiation skill
·Must be able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
·Frequent travel is required
