1. Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve the individual sales target and fulfil KPIs setting;
  • Proactively search for new projects, customers, departments, applications that could benefit company products and maximise customer potential in assigned sectors and regions;
  • Conduct new business development to expand customer base;
  • Increase sales to existing customers and maintain current accounts;
  • Carry out sales visits with technical presentation and demonstration to persuade product’s value proposition (minimum 6 sales visits/ week);
  • Understand and analyse customer’s problem and requirement in order to consult the right technical solution;
  • Follow customer closely to get inquiry and reel in order within short conversion time;
  • Act as a true consultant who sells through value with technical knowledge and experience instead of price;
  • Provide technical or non-technical support and services to customers and sales team member;
  • Calculate costs, make quotation, keep records, administer customer accounts;
  • Complete the assigned reports and submit timely;
  • Deal with conflict and customer challenge while maintain in compliance with policy and process requirement;
  • Update orders and sales, and negotiating the best contract terms;
  • Memorize technical product specifications and keep up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends;
  • Attend conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve skills and knowledge;
2. What distinguishes you:
  • At least 5 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) technical sales;
  • Have networking with engineers in manufacturing plants;
  • Good Sales experience and skills in business development, new demand creation; 
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally within Vietnam for day-to-day sales tasks and aboard occasionally for training and conference;
  • Sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, ambitious, creative, proactive and positive mindset;
  • Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity;
  • Fluent in English
3/ Working Regime: from Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 6.00pm, including a one hour lunch break.
