Job Responsibilities:
- Explore, identify and develop new opportunities in Vietnam Telecom and Datacom market
- Develop the customer base in Vietnam
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Provides product, service, or technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Obtains sales orders by understanding the market situation and conferring with customers.
- Prepares sales and engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and engineering information and application trends.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and management.
- Gains customer acceptance by proposing cost effective solutions.
- Contributes to sales and engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
- Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree with Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Radio Frequency, Microwave, Millimeterwave will be an added advantage
- 3-5 years’ relevant field application engineering / Sales service experiences in Radio Frequency & Microwave market segments
- Candidate with past working experience in a Distribution company will be preferred.
