Sales Manager (Homebased) Hai Phong/ Ha Noi/ Hai Duong
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Customer Business Plan
• Identify opportunities, develop sales strategy, and submit sales forecast, win business, and manage profitability.
2. Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships at all levels
• Know the people and the organization, get involved in the issues, when necessary, lead problem resolution, seek feedback, exceed expectations.
3. Represent the organization and provide a single point problem resolution to facilitate communication.
• Insure business success, support the region, and provide competitive market information.
• Effectively communication all relevant data, information and customer feedback.
• Coordinate and establish customer team meetings, initiate PDP process for new business opportunities and establish customer/objectives and requirements.
• Provide leadership by example. Provide training and guidance to staff and representatives.
4. Manage the business profitability
• Set annual sales growth goals, based on market study; document and achieve goals.
• Promote and develop sale of Systems
5. Conduct marketing analysis/study identifying sales growth opportunities for existing and new technology products
• Advise of current market conditions affecting the sale of products.
6. Develop and Coordinate sales strategy for all customers and platforms.
• Represent the entire team, provide single problem resolution, Facilitate communication.
• Coordinate all requests for quotations, inquiries, and orders, suggested modifications of proposals and / or requested changes for sale of goods and services. Negotiate and establish required terms of sale using the normal.
• Lead / co-ordinate a workable sales strategy between all functions in acquiring new opportunities
7. Support Global Customer Management and Automotive Systems efforts
• Support business worldwide (especially regional business) through global team, encourage global communication.
• Communicate and generally advise performance and maintenance of products sold. Coordinate problem resolution and customer expectations.
8. Quality Performance Measurement
• Identify opportunities, develop sales strategy, and submit sales forecast, win business, and manage profitability.
• Analyze and propose improvement measures and activities
• Implement and monitor result on improvement activities
9. Participate in technology show / auto show
• Identify opportunities, develop brand strategy, and potential forecast via events/ auto show
• Lead / co-ordinate event via support from other functions / regions to ensure a successful events
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably candidates specializing in Manufacturing with knowledge in Automotive Wiring Harness
2. Good with figures and has enough experience to cooperate/negotiate with suppliers, customers and forwarders.
3. Possess an ethical mind, mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated with good leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
