According to the group's business strategy, develop foreign furniture market and achieve the annual performance target.
Key Responsibilities (compulsory):
- Responsible for the new market development of furniture business, developing customer resources, looking for potential customers, and completing sales work;
- Be responsible for the development and promotion of the company's furniture business to achieve the sales target;
- Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan between customers;
- Responsible for the construction team and target performance management, support the achievement of business objectives;
- Guide and manage all business work of the company;
- Other matters assigned by leaders.
Key Requirements & competencies
- Major in marketing and furniture design is preferred
- More than 3 years working experience as business manager in finished furniture enterprises,
- familiar with product development
- Familiar with furniture market and products in Southeast Asia, USA and European countries, with
- certain customer resources;
- Familiar with product development
- Fluent in English, resident in Vietnam
- Strong strategic thinking;
- Strong market acumen;
- Strong planning and organization ability;
- Strong communication and coordination ability;
- Strong team leadership;
