1. Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure availability of products for the biggest customers of Knit products
  • Planning for component that well match to the production plan which is flexible due to customer needs
  • Do stock taking, ensure reliable and healthy level of component stock at factory
  • Connect customers with productions to define suitable solution for sustainable availability
  • Take initiative to improve supply system together with the team and supplier
  • Lead the project to better efficiency of the team
  • Architect SOPs to collaborate intra and inter team, focusing smoothing input problems
  • Manage common projects with suppliers boosting supplier autonomy
2. What distinguishes you:
  • Experienced (>=7 years) in relevant fields (garment/supply chain/purchasing/planning) to manage a big scope efficiently
  • Strong passion to improve Supply job
  • Strong sense of action with project management and organizational skill
  • Proficient at supplier management
  • Master customer-service attitude, close connection with customer
  • Ability to understand customer expectation and interpret into actions on the field
  • Always seek for solutions/alternatives instead of building constraints
  • Ability to leverage both individual strength and collective intelligence
  • Be a teammate with full of trust
