A. Job Description:
- Create and execute high quality/viral contents on social media
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the official content
- Identify engagement opportunities and act on them to create events
- Manage communication plans through multiple channels and continuously update them
- Implement a measuring system to aid data-driven decisions and reporting
- Manage content and posting schedule
- Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers to adapt content to our communities
- Communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels and events
- Create and manage a Crisis Management strategy to manage reactive communications from players
B. Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media, Community and Performance
- Experienced with marketing and communication in esports, traditional sports or entertainment
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated experience in creating successful community strategies and crisis management
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous channels and projects
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
- KPI Oriented and evangelist
- Passionate about games with knowledge of the gaming industry
