1. Key responsibilities:
  • Establish resources, manage and guide Logistic team for implementation of goods transferring activities from warehouse to contributors and consumers.
  • Ensure Logistic activities and services are implemented effectively, safety and fully matching sales requirements, strickly comply company regulations, policies, procedures and laws.
  • Build up Dept budget planning and operational management criteria. Dept cost and operational effectiveness evaluation.
  • Participating in qualified logistic suppliers searching and selecting. Periodically evaluate logistic supplier services quality and review/inspect services expenses. Ensure terms and conditions of service contracts are all updated, validated and fully complied.
  • Conduct monthly meeting with Dept managers, supervisors and suppliers to review performance and quality improvement solutions.
  • Participating in periodically meeting, report current operation performance, issuing resolving meetings, build up procedures and project to related depts.
  • Suggest and conduct solutions, projects, policies to ensure achieving target of effective cost usage, performance, safety, minimizing risks for goods, properties, vehicles… customer services improvement, working environment improvement, encourage and motive team members.
  • Manage and control operational cost, ensure costs are under-controlled correctly and meet target of volumn and plan.
  • Periodically review and continuous optimize expenses as assigned plan. Guiding team to conduct yearly cost saving program. 
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, necessary control reports to ensure work flows are smooth and explicit
  • Ensure standardized procedures are 100% complied.
  • Supervisors are responsible for guiding subordinates and partners about THFC policies, procedures and laws
  • Manage, control and push important tasks, projects finishing implementation process.
  • Support and guide subordinates to resolve problems and other related difficulty in timely manner
  • Proactively communicates with all relevant internal and external partners to ensure tasks are completed fast and effectively.
  • Frequently conduct training activities and guide subordinates to improve abilities, compliance and team building.
  • Frequently review and evaluate subordinates abilities and job qualifications.
  • Suggest for rewards and/or disciplines.
  • Travels within Vietnam as required by the business
  • Works in different shifts as required by the business
  • Carry out other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
2. What distinguishes you:

  • Preferred candidate who has 8 years experience in the same position in areas of Sourcing, Purchasing, Strategic Planning, Replenishment, Logistics & Transportation, Demand planning, Export & Import, Lean & Six Sigma
