Report to: Sales Leader – Vietnam (Japanese)

Work Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Salary Range: VND 25,000,000 – 37,000,000/month

Job Description:

• Handling of customer’s requests, complaints on Product application and process-related issues
• Trouble-shooting on products and process related problems
• Communication with regional offices on product application issues, new product evaluation, process/product trouble shooting
• Provide solutions to Customer’s process issues including cost and performance improvement.
• Support for On-site evaluation of products
• Seek Process Improvement with customer.
• Set-up new product evaluation, trouble shooting.
• Intelligence feedback on Customer’s insight on business threats from competitors and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related
• 1 ~ 5 years in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) / General Metal Finishing, with more than 1 year experience in Plating
• Good Knowledge in PCB process, especially in Electroless Copper and Acid Copper Plating an advantage.
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written in English
• Able to speak and understand Japanese (JLPT 4 and above) or Korean is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Japanese and/or Korean working culture is an advantage
• Possesses a Valid Driving License
• Independent Self-starter with good people skills
