Main duties

• Conduct training sessions on investments and capital markets for company’s partners including banks, securities companies, insurance companies and other institutions.
• Create and design training materials including: presentations, illustration videos, role play scenarios, tests for company’s partners.
• Train on company’s products, procedures and laws for new staff in Business Development team.
• Update partners on new financial products and regulations.

Requirements

• Financial expertise: the candidate should have experience in financial institutions: securities companies, fund management companies, banks, or insurance companies
• Passion for driving change and impacting others
• Sales experience in financial products is an advantage
• At least five years of experience in the financial field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Native Vietnamese with fluent English, strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel in Vietnam for client meetings (primarily in North)
• Excellent in using PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
