Position Overview: As the Head of Investment Banking, you will be tasked with leading and managing the investment banking team, focusing on corporate bond issuance and advisory services. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and ensuring efficient operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing investment banking team.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and sourcing opportunities for corporate bond issuance.
- Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive advisory services for corporate bond issuance, including due diligence, contract negotiations, deal structuring, creating teasers, and securing investors.
- Investment Opportunities: Identify and assess investment opportunities in corporate bonds that align with the firm’s objectives.
- Investment Committee Participation: Actively participate in the Investment Committee, contributing to the evaluation and decision-making process for corporate bond investments.
- Network Development: Develop and expand relationships with businesses, banks, financial institutions, fund management companies, and other entities involved in corporate bond activities and investment banking.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance advisory and operational processes within the Investment Banking Department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Over 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on corporate bond issuance advisory within a securities company.
- University degree or Master’s degree in finance, banking, business administration, or a related field.
- CFA certification is highly preferred.
