Position Overview
Lead the overall management and operations of multiple buildings, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and cost-effective. Responsible for overseeing policy development, operational processes, and compliance, while providing guidance to teams at each building to ensure consistent implementation of headquarters’ procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple buildings, including budgeting, maintenance, and operations.
- Review, approve, and adjust policies and operational procedures for all buildings to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Provide guidance to building teams on implementing standardized procedures issued from headquarters.
- Manage contractor services and security for each building, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Regularly update and align operational procedures with local government regulations and the company’s standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in management processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managing multiple buildings or facilities.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and building services.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
