Responsibilities

Leading Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Team in Vietnam
- Oversee the sourcing and outsourcing support in Vietnam.
- Manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process.
- Monitor supplier production of finished goods and component supply for both regular and promotional shipments.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance of regular and promotional shipments.
- Troubleshoot production or supply chain issues as they arise.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required, with responsibilities adjusted based on business needs.

Leading Projects and Engineering in Vietnam
- Track project costs and expedite schedules.
- Participate in conference calls with the global team.
- Lead problem-solving efforts, identifying and driving solutions to any project constraints.
- Manage the project from initiation (PIR) through to production.
- Keep stakeholders informed via tracking tools such as MS Project, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, and CCDR, along with weekly conference calls and updates.
- Serve as the single point of contact between suppliers' project teams and RTI engineering, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in project or supply chain management.
- Knowledge:
- Sourcing and cost management with an engineering background.
- Leadership experience is a must.
- Experience in hardware manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
