More than 20 years in Human Resources function with 18 years in senior management level, managing overall HR operation of Nestlé Vietnam. Ms. Truong Bich Dao is responsible for designing HR strategy and policies to support the business operation now and business goals in the future.
During those 20 years of experience, Ms. Bich Dao shapes and builds capabilities, structures, talent, leadership, internal communications, and HR processes for the business. She acts as change agent, develops and guides the organization’s capacities to continually and effectively adapt to new environment, and ensures HR compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and principles.
Ms. Bich Dao is interested in upholding company’s value and culture to create an inclusive environment where employees are able to maximize their best contribution to business goals.
