Scope of Work
1. Perform the work as assigned by the superior.
2. Delegate work to the subordinates and ensure that they perform the work efficiently and effectively.
3. Ensure that all accounting/financial plans, money deposit with domestic/foreign financial institute including foreign currency are under control.
4. Coordinate with bank, Revenue Department, Commercial Department.
5. Ensure that all tax submissions e.g. Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT are complied with the regulations of Revenue Department.
6. Ensure that advance money, Reimbursement/Disbursement Account and Cost Account are under control.
7. Prepare Cash Flow report/forecast report.
8. Prepare Profit & Lost report of each project for the management and General Manager.
9. Planning for accounting audit, asset and stock audit.
10. Follow Policy and Procedures regarding QMS, EMS, OHSMS and CSR.
11. Ensure environmental management system applies to areas of responsibility consistent with the organization’s environmental policy.
12. Understand rules and regulations in order to apply and manage subordinates.
Requirements
- Education attainment: Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Work experience:
At least 7-10 yrs. experience in Public Accounting.
Knowledge of Tax and be able to provide Financial Statement in English.
