Job description:

-                  Promote the construction of after-sales service system and establish a complete after-sales service platform

-           Formulate service policies, carry out secondary business support, management, training, etc.

-           Coordinate after-sales management work such as accessories business, technical support, and warranty of the Malaysian subsidiary

-           Responsible for monitoring and promoting the handling of major quality issues, recalls and BC-S issues in the local market

Job requirements:

-           Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant working experience in auto industry is required

-           Fluent in English, can be used as a working language, Chinese is preferred

-           Self-starter, driven by challenges

-           Ability to work in a small team, start-up operation
