(Assistant) Manager (Sales)
Reports To: CT Group Leader
Job Description:
• Direct sales (& marketing) activities in Vietnam
• Developing new clients
• Market analysis and information search (regional/industry wise)
• Maintain and manage key accounts Vietnam (if available)
• Co-work with operation PIC and GLC
• Team building: team expanding, recruiting, education
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Make quotation and business proposal for all kinds of 3PL/4PL service
• Maintain relationships with existing customers. Make quotation and business proposal for all kinds of 3PL/4PL service
• Identifying potential customers and developing new customers in Vietnam. Developing new clients.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis, leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
• Prepare Account Action Plans, and forecasts to communicate key account details and drive business results
Qualification:
• Logistics knowledge (warehouse operation & transportation, etc.)
• 8+ years in sales management within local and global corporate setting
• Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Good command in English
