Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee the Sales and Marketing departments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  3. Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the modern trade sector to optimize sales channels.
  4. Utilize market insights and data analytics to identify opportunities and challenges, driving informed decision-making.
  5. Drive product development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet market demands.
  6. Establish and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership roles within multinational FMCG companies.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in modern trade management, with a deep understanding of distribution channels and retailer dynamics.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset, able to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  7. Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages.
  8. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
