■Responsibility:

1. Accept telephone consultations and complaints from various customers through the online system, answer customer questions, provide solutions, and take on the function of telephone return visits;

2. Register all kinds of information on the hotline platform according to the specifications, and the unresolved problems should be updated in time and tracked until the case is closed, and the customer interface should be properly handled;

3. After the customer's problem is solved, be able to summarize, and improve the hotline Trouble Shooting Database, so that the customer can refer to and solve similar problems next time;

4. Interact/Co-working with other technical staffs, learn product knowledge and company policies, and continuously improve the ability to solve customer problems.

■ Job Requirement

Gender: Male/Female

Age: any

- Standard and fluent in Vietnamese language.

- Strong computer ability, hotline agent experience is preferred.

- Able to communicate in English or Chinese

- Experience in the fields of cctv, it, hardware, electronics, etc. is prefered

- Be honest, hard-working, withstand the pressure of work

Salary Range: $500-$800 (Include Basic salary + Allowance)

Bonus:  02 months yearly up to performance
