Duties:
• Administration and consulting of application users (e. g. engineers) for special
software such as Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Mechanical, TEKLA structures
EPLAN, Aveva E3D etc.
• Management and roll out of PDM or PLM software such as Autodesk Vault Professional
• Administration, monitoring & evaluation of licenses
• 1st to 2nd Level support for engineering software in general
• Maintenance & monitoring of servers which relates to the respective applications
(license servers, job servers)
• Creation, development, or maintenance of templates within the engineering
applications (e. g. title blocks for different projects)
• Provision and control of custom installation routines and customizations within
the respective engineering applications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree or similar towards the interface between engineering and IT (e.g. computational engineering; Engineering + IT background or vice versa)
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
• In depth Know-How of 2D + 3D engineering software and its lifecycle processes within PDM+PLM systems
• Experiences in configuration, administration & integration PDM/PLM systems
• Experiences in license, rights & access management
• Skilled in 1st + 2nd level support (technical assistance on application & engineering process; administration; integration)
• Experience on troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
• Ability to document and optimize process
workflows/integrations/developments/configurations etc.
• .NET experiences to understand interfaces + customizations
• Batch Scripting to understand custom installation routines + configurations
• Good communication skills needed (work within global team setup)
