•Acquire and demonstrate a working knowledge of our products/therapies and develop an extensive understanding of all their applications
•Utilize acquired knowledge to support professional education for educate physicians and staff to deliver positive patient outcomes
•Attend implants, conduct device preparation and manage complaint handling process as needed
•Partner with Business Unit Head, Sales Managers & Marketing to develop the proper selection of hospitals needing Edwards Structural Surgical Heart product education
•Partner with the proctor and sales organization to plan and implement physician and support staff training
•Assist in the development of the Surgical Heart Therapy in Cardiac Surgeons and referring cardiologists, physicians, as well as support staffs such as ICU/Scrub nurses, perfusionists etc.
•Collaborate with distributor sales team to drive the business growth through clinical competency.
•Partner with Distributor for tender related assignments (translation, product specification submission, supporting Technical evaluation of product during tender negotiation, Presentation to Clinicians and other stakeholder).
•Previous experience with education and training in a clinical setting
•Expert clinical skills specifically in cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology are strongly preferred; exceptional candidates with other relevant medical device clinical support experience will be considered including but not limited to CRM and Spine
•A skill-set that includes drive and self-motivation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to plan, organize, close and deliver, and the capacity to work autonomously
•The ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
•Candidates medically trained to the technician or nurse level are highly preferred
•A successful track record closing technical medical sales also a plus
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence key decision makers
•Excellent interpersonal skills, to effectively build relationships with external customers and internal team members
•Entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive drive, and a work ethic conducive to success
•Initiative and follow-through on tasks, collaborative across different functions
•Good spoken and written English as well as good hold over Vietnamese language
