JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Finance and Accounting

  • Implement finance, accounting, billing, tax and auditing procedures in accordance with regulations and the Company policy.
  • To make the forms of documents and vouchers in accordance with the provisions of law.
  • Be responsible of the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, consolidate financial reporting package, annual financial budget, cash flow plan, cost analysis and various financial plans of the Company.
  • Be responsible of the month and year end GL closing and ensure that all entries are correct and accruals are made accordingly, in order to facilitate an effective GL processing and reporting of the country.
  • Be responsible of the archiving activities of all kinds of accounting books, invoices - original documents of the enterprise in accordance with regulations and the Company policy.
  • Be responsible to all matters related to trade and non-trade account receivable, including follow up payment from customer.
  • Be responsible to all matters related to trade and non-trade account payable.
  • Support the ERP implement and management in the operation of ERP.
  • To review Profit and loss analysis, to review and monitor all balance sheet account reconciliation to be completed timely and accurately.
  • Provide books and data for the audit work and authorities in accordance with regulation.
  • Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards and process documentation.
  • Strictly implement the taxation policies of the state, and be responsible for review of tax filing, payment and exemption or reduction formalities with all type of taxes
  • Review enterprise cash flow and capital structure, to optimize cash management and monitor proper level of cash balance.
  • Monitor Credit management to ensure credit guidelines and procedures are implemented.

Human resource

· Be responsible to prepare monthly payroll, make monthly banking, PIT and social security insurance filing; contact with relevant labor bureaus for issues related with social insurance, government housing fund and other commercial insurance; involve in HR related budget and expense preparation and controlling.

· Prepare the Offer Letter; coordinate with the labor bureau for all personnel matters, such as signing of labor contracts, social insurance filing, etc.

· Be responsible to maintain accurate employee information and data.

· Be responsible to Collection, filing and safekeeping and drafting of HR documents.

· Be responsible to Conduct employee communication locally; advise employees on matters pertaining to Human Resources guidelines or policy & procedures; conduct coaching and counseling to employees on relevant HR matters

· Be responsible to make a plan to recruit, train and develop human resources periodically according to the company's production and business plan.

· Be responsible to coordinate with relevant departments/units to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes and regulations on human resource management, salary and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working procedures, regulations in related fields.

Administration

  • Be responsible for company's non-productive resources management, including IT/ communication systems, office facilities, company estates (including office spaces, expatriate employees' housing rental) and vehicles.
  • Be responsible for the external administration contract drafting, negotiation and implementation.
  • Be responsible to maintain and acquire all business related insurance in accordance with regulations and the Company policy.
  • Be responsible for developing the plans for company administrative costs and supervising the plan implementation, and improve the company administration system continuously.
  • Be responsible for providing the suggestions, supports and services to company's expatriate employees/visitor for the convenience of their working and living in Vietnam.
  • Be responsible to support any issue related to visa application of the Company.
  • Be responsible for the company security management, utilities and supplies management, meal management, company's health and nonproductive waste management.
  • To complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT

  • Having a professional qualification in accounting at university level
  • Min. 5 years Finance and HR working experience in a multinational manufacturing EPE, including 2 years in supervisory capacity
  • Understand the labor law, the law related to the employee.
  • Strong analytical Skills, attention to details
  • High sense of responsibilities and team cooperation spirit
  • Good organization and coordination ability
  • Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is a must
  • Have good ERP implement experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel abroad
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Good computer skill
  • Good interpersonal communication
