Be the key person in developing, maintaining and fostering corporate relationships with external bodies government, legislators, business partners, trade organizations, interest groups, etc in order to facilitate trade, growth and business operation. Build and maintain a strong connection with the national and provincial government bodies to promote brand of business, to assist land acquisitions and new projects. Plan and see to the development and execution of all corporate functions covering the area of corporate shared values, corporate relations to achieve the goals.


- Be responsible for building trust and long term relationships with different key stakeholders in the public sectors as well as in the private sector.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest levels of corporate affairs, support the company to meet their own obligations to ensure that trust is adequately prepared to comply and can secure ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework (statute, terms of authorization and constitution) enforced by Vietnam regulators.
- Build and maintain strong connection with senior government officials both in national level & provincial level.
- Establish and manage procedures for the corporate governance and provide advice to the Board of Directors and Council of Governors on all corporate governance affairs.
- Provide guideline for the external communication team to maintain the relationship with the Vietnamese media, to liaise with the media and build relationships to protect the reputation of business.
- To recommend and to oversee the corporate affairs team in organizing corporate events for building and enhancing continuously the image of the company in the community/country.
- Plan and manage all CSR / CSV programs at the group level, liaise with different business units within group in order to execute suitable CSR/CSV programs with each BU.
- Initiate events to spread meaningful messages and social contribution of Group towards our community, our partners, and government.

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education.
- At least 15 years of working experience, of which 5 years preferably working in Corporate affairs, CSR, PR Communications at Director/Head of department level or BU head.
- Experience in working with government bodies.
- Understand the politics and government protocol.
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
- Strong time management & stakeholder management skill
- Be passionate in corporate events and CSR activities.
- Mature, dedicated, bright presence and presentable.
- Be willing to travel and handle tight schedule.
