Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution (25%)

  • Collaborate with various department to develops short- and long-term operational sales strategy for retail sales and project sales (goals, sales strategies, channel and customer plans country wide).
  • Cooperates with Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure alignment of the sales strategy with the marketing strategy.
  • Cooperates with product and category to assesses market positions and recommends product needs and changes necessary to meet sales objectives and product and category requirement.

Sales Forecast (20%)

  • Ensure development, correctness and respect of time deadlines of operatively weekly and monthly rolling sales forecasts.
  • Allocate volume target and trade spending to customers and clearly communicate with customer and distributors.

Sales Development (25%)

  • Coordinates with the distributor the implementation of the Sales Plan, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and growth objectives.
  • Monitors continuously the market to determine possible market opportunities and improvement of market penetration.
  • Continuously Monitors Customers Performance, ensure development of action plans to improve performance.

Negotiation (5%)

  • Negotiate with distributor, customer (modern trade) and developer/ project business owner on contract, target, trading term etc.
  • Support Distributors in managing negotiations with major customers to ensure implementation of Sales Plan.

Knowledge management (5%)

  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers and distributor.
  • Support Distributors in managing the distributor Sales Team, communicating sales objectives and suggesting channels approached in accordance with trade marketing guidelines.
  • Lead sales team ensure strategy implementation in achievement of the sales targets.
  • Manage distributors, ensure payment, follow up credits and assure the information flow from distributor on sales and expenses.
  • Propose sales plan and ensure implementation to achieve target.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from recognized institution in Business relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, 7+ years leading team.
  • Experience with Home Appliances, FMCG in multinational companies preferred.
  • Experience in working/collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Local cultural understanding.
  • Balance of analytic and creative skills, good networking skills, leadership skill.
  • High ability of multi-tasking, interpersonal communication skills, account management.
  • Market knowledge in traditional & Modern Trade, Project/ builder business and distributor management,
  • Independent, accountable, aggressive and initiative,
  • Presentation skills, computer skills in MS office, handling difficult customers, results-oriented.
