JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for end-to-end IT product and service delivery to business, mainly focusing on Operations Division. Modernize valuable business capabilities through an end-to-end product life cycle, across all applications, platforms and ecosystems that comprise the complete capability
- Identify, develop and execute high-impact innovation strategy and roadmap aligned to the strategic business goals and growth priorities of Operations Division
- Implement and maintain systems and applications such as LOS for RISK & Retail Banking and Ops Divisions. In addition for Ops Div, be the focal point to front, coordinate and support for Ops related system/ applications especially eDoc systems
- Build a strong relationship with business stakeholders and teams. Interacting with senior management levels at Lines of Business Heads, BOM and BOD, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters
- Define the customer segments the product will target, to understand those customers' goals, and how they would gain value from product capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong ties with teams; educate and train teams on new solutions and innovations. Research, study, and testing of the up-to-date technology and to transfer of the architecture technology knowledge to staffs
- Budget and plan modernization work for the entire product life cycle and not as an occasional exception, by performing continuous modernization which will proactively reduce technical debt.
- Manage the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis
- Having a sound knowledge on application systems for the bank’s activities
- Possessing a sound knowledge on banking products and services
- Having a good understanding and master the software development and application operation processes
- Priority given to those with experience in managing the implementation, developing one or two banking soft-wares such as core banking, card management, e-Channel, Treasury, Trade Finance, LOS, Insurance, etc.
- 8-10 years of experience to the relevant job
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in managing teams of 10-15 people
