Location: Ha Noi
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and coordination support when needed for screening, interviewing and selection process for filling vacancies
- Manage overall compensation and benefit processes with service providers according to local labour law
- Implement performance management process (KPI’s)
- Propose and ensure successful deliver and implementation of all training and development programs, courses and solutions to support continuous business development and associates career growth
- Advises and supports management and employees to create a great working environment for a high engaged business team to continue to improve business performance.
- Well maintain and update management information and filing with good sense of confidentiality.
- Establish and continuously improve HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive and execute company human resource initiatives.
- Staff Development & Training:
- Delegation of responsibilities
- Monitoring of subordinates
- Individual mentorship and motivation
- Disciplinary action where required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and conversational)
- Probationary period: 2 months
