IT Business Analyst (MES) - Manufacturing Execution System
Location: Thanh Hoa
Responsibilities
- Liaising between the IT department and other departments.
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business stakeholders.
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
- Utilizing IT data for business insights.
- Analyzing business needs.
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
- Producing reports on application development and implementation.
- Analyzing data to inform business decisions.
To achieve the following:
- Maintain safe and stable operation in term of master data management
- Keep required quality of service
- Strict adherence to policies and procedures, in particular IT security policies.
Experience
Educational Level : University Graduated
Work Experience :
+ Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT Applications implementation & support
+ Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
+ Understanding of software requirements for operations and maintenance in
an industrial environment.
+ Experience with some of the following processes:
- Planning/Scheduling of production
- Inventory Management
- Asset Performance Management
- Asset Maintenance Management
- Warehouse management
- Oil Movement
- Warehouse Management
- Operations Performance Management
- Process Engineering
- Work Order Management
- Turnaround Management
+ Experience with one of the following applications is an advantage:
- Logbook (Real-Time Production Organizer)
- CMMS (IBM Maximo)
- LIMS (LabWorks)
- Production Planning (Spiral Suite)
- Production Scheduling (ProSched)
- Mass Balance (Error Solver)
- EDMS (AssetWise)
- Turn Around & Planning (P6, Roser)
- SDAS (Honeywell - PHD)
- I&EMS (Work Center)
- eServer (eServer)
- RBI/RCM (Bentley APM)
- Process Simulation (Petro-Sim)
Specialty/Qualification: Engineering / Information Technology
Skills
- IT Business Analysts need strong analytical skills to create
reports/presentation and offer recommendations.
- Self-motivated, able to quickly learn existing designs and integrate
new project requirements.
- Able to work independently and follow through on all aspects of
responsibilities, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to document and communicate ideas to both
businesses focused and technical focused audiences.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills used to align the
business capabilities and IT systems.
- Must be fluent in English
