​Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operation Management:

Execute put-away, loading, transfer plan.

Control contractor readiness as model, and skill improvement.

Execute the works information system (SAP, LXP, E-smart).

Control facilities readiness: Warehouse space, E-FL, Dock Leveler, Wrapping Machine, Tablet & Scanner.

Control and report KPIs:

• Inventory accuracy

• Loading accuracy

• Damage

• Claim & Complain

• Accident

Perform Warehouse operation to achieve daily target capability.

Control Warehouse operation according to standard operating procedure (SOP).

Control Returnable Pallet & Warehouse Assets.

Perform daily operation of Warehouse including receiving, storing, and loading finished goods.

Investigate Abnormality case and submit with CA/PA to improve.

Control and promote SOT, BBS, unsafe killer, 5S and other safety activities.

2. Solve problem and improve daily operation productivity and efficiency.

3. Manage and supervise safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.

4. Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 - 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related fields

• Good English communication and teamwork abilities.

• Systematic/Logical thinking, good interpersonal skill, communication skill.

• Good attitude, Positive thinking and work well under pressure or multitasks, Service mind.

• Have experience in SAP HANA 4, Excel or ERP in a plus
