Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing strategies to facilitate sales in Vietnam
  • Manage and develop localised content and work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure maximum results of digital marketing efforts
  • Create go-to-market messaging and brand story across internal and external communication channels
  • Manage and support marketing and advertising/PR agencies for lead generation and sales conversion across regions.
  • Organise results-driven B2C and B2B events.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various vendors as needed. Evaluate new vendors that promote efficiency, cost management, and scalability.
  • Source vendors, negotiate contracts, plan and activate events that meet company guidelines. Work with the team to develop and deploy best practices for delivering highly regarded events.
  • Responsible for overseeing and understanding event pipeline & goals. Create reports as requested.
  • Work with the team to develop event objectives, KPI’s, post-event surveys and track event success.
  • Make recommendations and incorporate best practices to ensure events meet company objectives.
  • Developing partner sponsorships
Requirements:
  • A degree in marketing or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on event marketing and communications experience
  • Possess excellent verbal written and formal presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent e-mail and professional etiquette
  • Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency
  • Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and comfortable working in deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in computer usage, especially the Microsoft Office suite and google docs
  • Native in Vietnamese and fluent in English (spoken and written) are required
