I.    Job Description 
1.    Planning and Scheduling

•    Coordinate effectively with other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, R&D…) to ensure project tasks are executed and reviewed within scope.
•    Determine and define the project scopes, objectives, detailed roadmaps, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•    Develop a detailed project management plan to track project progress.
•    Create and update project documentation.
•    Create accurate forecasts for revenue and resource requirements.
2.    Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
•    Run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, site specific project meetings and retrospective meetings.
•    Mentor and supervise team members. 
•    Delegate tasks to the project team members to promote their strengths, skill set and experience. 
•    Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
3.    Reporting and Project Reviews
•    Coordinate and monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle.
•    Report and escalate issues when necessary.
•    Manage project performance with appropriate KPIs.
•    Find solutions to mitigate the risks, find solutions when there is any roadblock.
•    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. 
•    Make recommendation for project improvements.
4.    Others
•    Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
II.    Requirements
1.    Education & Experience

•    Bachelor degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field. Master degree is preferable.
•    At least 3-5 years’ experience in project management. Experiences in Education is a plus
•    Experience in leading big and complex projects is highly preferred. 
2.    Skills
•    Strong leadership skill
•    Very good interpersonal skills
•    Strong communication skills both Vietnamese and English
•    Proven ability to solve problems creatively
•    A high level of organizational skills and an attention to detail
•    Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
•    Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
