KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Provide finance and business support to Alibaba international business in Vietnam, including bookkeeping, Invoice and payment processing, preparation of monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flows and account reconciliations.

2.Participate in the preparation and execution of budgeting and cost sharing of international business; liaised with internal and external stakeholders and provide forward-looking financial support for business operations;

3.Participate in the construction of Alibaba overseas regional financial support construction. Identify opportunities to increase process and control. Establish and improve corresponding financial policy/procedures and promote the automation and systematization of financial processes.

4.Summarize, analyze and refining business and financial data, analyze and evaluate the business operation status, produce insight from finance and commercial data to challenge and influence business decisions;

5.Assist to ad hoc finance projects as required from central finance team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Member of Certified Public Accountant;

2.Personal qualities: honest, tenacity, diligence, strong team spirit also a self-starter, able to deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities;

3.Clear and logical thinker, strong execution and communication skills;

4.At least 3 years’ relevant commercial finance experience or professional experience in audit firms in managing business strategy and operations;

5.Language proficiency in English. Can speak Chinese is a plus
