Main purpose of the role:

• Sourcing: Work hand-in-hand with Product Team in Asia & Europe in researching the materials required and sourcing the best suppliers to deliver the design into production
• Setting up and implementing the entire footwear sourcing that includes sourcing, commercialization, production, quality... to hit the KPIs

Key accountabilities

• Knowledge of product development, costing, supply chain management, bulk manufacture, quality management procedures and commercial negotiations with outsource factories in Vietnam
• Familiar with sourcing and vendor management
• Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships to achieve the best cost, quality and service for the business

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (prefer technical background)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Footwear/Sneakers sourcing & manufacturing
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills with proven financial savviness and quality check mindset
• Extensive experience in budget, cost, vendor & contract management
• Confident, Dynamic, Flexible, Self-motivated
• Able to travel nationwide factories on a frequent basis (monthly)
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google...

Other information:

• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8AM – 6PM)
• All the allowances about 13th month salary, KPI bonus (from 1 to 3 months of salary), facility allowances (internet, laptop, phone), insurance, gasoline, etc. Will discuss directly with client
