Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule both internal and external meetings, workshops across many location and time zones

  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and make logistical arrangement

  • Manage team calendar and contact list

  • Support team learning session

  • Arrange courier services as needed for team

  • Assist analysis and data entry

  • Coordinate with team members, VGI and local report production personnel to facilitate the document management process

  • Produce accurate and properly-formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints

  • Work with Executive Assistant to ensure proper communication and coordination with Partners and Associates

  • Other administrative tasks as required

Qualification Requirements

  • University Degree is preferred

  • At least 2-year administrative experience in a corporate or professional environment

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with his/her colleagues and various stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner

  • Demonstrated ability to believe and trust in one’s own ideas while being open to new ideas

  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Lotus Notes applications

  • Demonstrates high professional standards and work ethic

  • Open, high-integrity, collaborative professional able to build credibility within and outside of his/her team

  • Self-motivated, responsive, and results oriented

  • Team player with strong collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exemplary attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
