Location: Bhiraj Tower, Sukhumvit Rd., Bangkok
Language Proficiency: Bi-Lingual – English and Native language
· Managing a team of 20 to 25 employees.
· Day to day operation to ensure the internal/external targets are met
· Ability to understand the CTQ parameters that affect the process and work on them.
· Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives (Absenteeism, Attrition control) that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency.
· Working with client closely to resolve issues and disseminate updates on the floor.
· Attending conference calls and meetings with both clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operation.
· Leading and coaching team members to ensure the quality of service meets SLA and agreed service standards
· Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations .
· Maintain self-knowledge of product by self-productivity, audit team work on quality parameters.
· Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
· Good team player, process driven, and result oriented.
· Strong people management and problem solving skill.
· Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time.
· Proficient in MS office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
