Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Commercial Manager for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production & implementation of all consumer-driven programs, events, workshops, promotions for Bakery channel
- Collaborate Sales & Technical team to launch marketing initiatives & product solutions to clearly defined target customers
- Work closely with Line Manager to recruit new distribution entity, improve network competence & aggressively boost Sell-in/Sell-out performance through a variety of incentive schemes and/or customer promotions
- Coordinate with Product Marketing team on new product launches & promotional plans of existing portfolio
- Manage brand equity & proactively exploit new opportunities or media for efficient branding/co-branding (online, offline)
- Establish a strong & healthy network with agencies, media, professional associations, vocational schools & institutes
Job Requirements:
- Business Degree from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Event & PR…in international companies
- Knowledge of marketing, trade marketing, brand, local media
- Experience in F&B is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Strong sense of creativity
- Willingness to travel & ability to work independently
- Excellent planning & execution skills with eyes for details
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
