BIM MEP

RESPONSIBILITY
- Create drawings from architectural models.
- Create Revit families for 2D/3D visualization ready to be connected to MEP disciplines
(Advanced level)
- Create, update and revise BIM models and drawings throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with BIM software and supporting tools;
- Solid knowledge of Revit and Dynamo
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms and common data environments, e.g.,
Autodesk construction cloud
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian…) are
welcome.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
