HR Manager
Location: Bac Ninh

*Responsibilities:
  • To establish effective HR programs and processes which comply with the challenges of the business.
  • To drive the key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management.
  • To guide employee concept change on organizational change management, and deal with employee issues.
  • To provide necessary follow up for the implementation of employee development plans to meet the sustainability of the organization.
  • Acquire understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives.
  • Responsible for contract labor agency management and maintenance to meet the site labor requirement
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues   
  • To manage all HR services provided to business and agreed cost budgets and ensure that all HR services provided to the business meet the required company demands.
  • To facilitate effective local employee/labor relations and manages local society impact.
  • To champion employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business.
  • To plan and organize the annual employee communication to meet the company business requirements both in the short and long run employee relations function.
  • Other matters of superior appointed.
*Requirements:
  • Junior College and above, human resource management and relevant management professional
  • More than five years of human resource and administrative work experience.
  • Effective communication.
  • Good Planning & Organization
  • Be familiar with the national labor and proficient in human resource & administrative workflow.
