Location: Ha Noi
*Responsibilities:
- Manage QI (Quality Inspection) for Aero Engine Part (Receiving, In-process, CMM, Final inspection)
- Establish and manage human resource at QI
- Establish and manage expenses and investment plan at QI
- Manage the overall common affairs of QI
- Supervise the improvement of inspector’s ability
- Perform internal audit and receive the audit from customers and 3rd party.
- Monitoring the capability of process using SPC.
- Co-operation with related departments to handle Non-conformance Products.
- Any task from higher managers.
*Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering and Quality Background.
- At least 10-year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Experience of visual/dimensional/CMM inspection
- Experience of Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools.
- Experience of managing human resource and expenses
- Excellent in English or Korean in all skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
