1. Research and test to create products that meet the requirements
2. Deployment for product process production and satisfactory monitoring, adjustment, and supplementation
3. Proposing to choose a supplier, choose a suitable and effective raw material
4. Monitor the entire development and improvement of new and existing products and processes, ensuring the company achieves its research and development goals
5. Based on information and data related to each product development project, conduct analysis and evaluation activities. Thereby giving the most objective perspective, supporting other departments to understand thoroughly and perform well afterwards.
6. Regularly update the latest information related to the project, identify the target market as well as all information directly or indirectly related to the project.
7. Verify the accuracy of the collected information.
8. Analyze and synthesize information into easy-to-understand information for relevant departments to easily grasp
9. Customer research on customer needs, future orientation
10. Responsible for overseeing and managing all new product and process development activities.
11. Responsible for planning, testing to putting into actual production.
12. Track and manage product-related costs.
13. Complete preparation recipes, testing methods and save the test process for approval and storage into the company's regular set of recipes
14. Develop a set of work instructions and training documents for employees to understand and perform proficiently
Qualification/Experience:
- Engineer of Organic Chemistry
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position for shoes manufacturing
- Proficiency in office computer
- Excellent English in 4 skills
