SALES & MARKETING CAMBODIA (Supervisor – Assistant Manager)
Area Homebased: Phnom Penh
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field, preferably from an FMCG
background
3. Creativity in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
4. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
5. Good in English and Khmer
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
7. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
8. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
9. Willingness to travel for meetings and industry visits
Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
2. Collaborate with the brand team & Distributor teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
3. Maintain relationships with existing Distributor teams
4. Conduct market survey to understand trends and customer needs.
5. Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
